当社よりご購入いただいた製品を、海外に輸出販売または移設される場合には、輸出貿易管理令に照らした該非判定書(パラメータシート)を関係機関に提出する必要がございます。 この該非判定書は輸出者が作成することができますが、輸出者の依頼に基いて製造業者・販売業者が作成する場合もあります。

輸出貿易管理令における該非判定書(パラメータシート)の発行依頼書（EXCEL版）をダウンロードして頂き、記載内容にご同意の上、必要事項をご記入頂き、下記メールアドレス宛にご依頼ください。

  1. 発行依頼書には、輸出先とエンドユーザー名を必ず記載してください。
  2. パラメータシートの発行には2週間ほどかかることがございます。予めご了承ください。
  3. 当社の定める様式でのみ発行いたします。予めご了承ください。
  4. 当社より販売した製品に対してのみ、該非判定書を発行いたします。
